You'll configure intake, estimating, invoicing, and payments so every job follows the same structure.
Once this is in place, work moves forward with minimal manual tracking and greater efficiency.
Step 3
Customer requests, estimates, invoices, and payments all follow a single, repeatable process.
Instead of managing tools, you manage the business.
Step 4
Once you've completed your ProWorx setup, you can choose to get listed on the ProWorx customer marketplace.
The marketplace connects customers with service providers in their area — and listing is completely free.
This is our way of being a good partner: you build your business in ProWorx, and we help you get leads at no additional cost.
Listing is optional, and ProWorx works fully without it.
But to be listed, your ProWorx setup must be complete.
ProWorx is launching in May 2026.
Early access is available to a limited group of customers who want to get started before the full launch.
We're looking for feedback from early users to refine the platform, and as a thank you, we'll cover your first two months free. After that, ProWorx is $36/month for up to 5 users, with additional users at $5/month each.
